QUINCY, FL (WTXL)--The Quincy Police Department and the Gadsden County Sheriff's Office is teaming up for a driver's license and vehicle equipment safety checkpoint.
It's Wednesday 2 p.m. to 12 a.m. The areas include GF&A Drive, Joe Adams Road, Martin Luther King Blvd., and Stewart Street.
Officers will be stopping vehicles to check for unsafe equipment such as bald tires or broken brake and tail lights. In addition, motorists will be asked to show their driver's license, registration and proof of insurance.
