JASPER, Fla. (WTXL)-- A south Georgia man was killed after a car crash in Hamilton County.
The crash happened around 3:15 p.m. Sunday near MM 447 on I-75 NB.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, a vehicle was traveling in the center lane of I-75 when it crashed into a vehicle in front of it.
The driver then over-corrected the vehicle causing the car to strike a guard rail and overturn. The driver is reported as having serious injuries. The passenger, 21 y.o. Daniel Mermann of Kennesaw, GA was pronounced dead on scene.
