TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Tallahassee police have released a full report surrounding the events that lead to actor Sylvester Stallone's brother being attacked.
The Tallahassee Police Department said that they were called about a battery involving Dante Stallone, actor Sylvester Stallone's younger half-brother. They said Stallone's roommate called them and told them that he was calling on Stallone's behalf because his jaw was broken.
The roommate told police that Stallone was walking home from the Taco Bell on West Tennessee Street around 3 a.m. While he was walking south on Stadium Drive, police were told that two black males attacked Stallone.
Police said that the men hit Stallone in the face and, according to the roommate, Stallone started running through FSU's campus, because he knew his jaw had been broken.
When he arrived home, he was brought to the Tallahassee Memorial Hospital Emergency Room by another roommate.
Police said medical paperwork indicated that Stallone was treated for a broken jaw and two broken teeth.
Officers said that the men are described as black men, both with beards. One was said to be about 6'0 and the other, around 5'9. According to Stallone, the shorter man was stockier that the taller man. Police said the taller man also had on a green shirt while the short man had on jeans.
Stallone told police that the suspects did not say anything to him, nor tried to take anything from him. He also said he had never seen the suspects before.
