TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Florida State tight end Mavin Saunders announced on Twitter Tuesday that he will be transferring.
Saunders made the announcement on Twitter.
According to the post, Saunders has decided to play out his final season of eligibility somewhere else. He will end his time with FSU with 16 receptions for 234 yards with no touchdowns.
He was named to the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team this year for volunteering at a local Leon County school this season. Saunders is also a member of Florida State’s chapter of Uplifting Athletes.
He was was recruited from The Kinkaid School (Houston, TX) class of 2014. He committed to Florida State back in 2013.
