TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Thanksgiving is over, which means it's time for Seminole fans to take on their biggest football rival.

WTXL ABC 27's Jennifer Meyers was out at Doak Campbell Stadium, where all the excitement is set to begin Saturday.

The Gators are coming to town Saturday to take on FSU, which is sure to be an exciting game for all.

But for the Noles, this is more than just a rivalry game. Winning this game means that Florida State will be bowl eligible, keeping the 36-year tradition alive.

Some fans have already come into town ahead of the big game and will likely be filling parking lots around the stadium and FSU to tailgate.

In fact, the tents were already up at Doak Campbell Stadium early Friday morning for Saturday's pre-game festivities.

And for any fans who don't want to wait until Saturday to get into the game-day spirit, there's always the Downtown Getdown and Block Party. Everyone is encouraged to come out for a good time and show their spirit.

Kick off for the FSU U-F game is set for 12 noon Saturday and will be televised on WTXL ABC 27. That will be after WTXL's FSU football special, which airs at 11:30.

Our reporter was out and about campus early Friday morning before tailgating had started.

She said she has seen a few Gator fans driving around over the last day but as far as tailgating was concerned she hadn't seen too many people set up for that.
