TALLAHASSEE, FLA. (WTXL) -  President Thrasher says it's been a difficult time for the FSU community, but he knows the student body will continue to unite and get through this.

President Thrasher and the FSU administration made the decision to reopen Strozier library this morning at 9am. The FSU president stood at the entrance of the library greeting students.

Thrasher said there were more then 100 students waiting outside when he arrived. He also said it may take a while to return to normalcy, but repoening the library was the first step. Security measures have increased at the library. Police officers were scattered throughout the lobby area today.
