TALLAHASSEE, FL -- Florida State University police are investigating a robbery by snatching near 'Parking Garage 5' Sunday evening.
An FSU Alert, sent just after 10 p.m. Sunday, describes the suspect as a black male wearing a maroon shirt with facial hair and dreadlocks. The alert says there was no weapon.
