TALLAHASSEE,Fla. (WTXL) - Police have arrested a teen who confessed he sexually assaulted a sleeping victim in an FSU resident hall after playing a drinking game.

Sebastian A. LaCayo, 19, of Miami admitted to the crime on July 29, a Florida State University officer said in a probable cause affidavit.

The victim said LaCayo assaulted her after she, LaCayo and several of the victim's friends returned from a sports bar and went to sleep in her dorm room.

After the victim woke up to LaCayo assaulting her, she forcefully pushed him off of her and told him to leave. He obeyed, grabbed his belongings and left.

Text messages included in the affidavit show that LaCayo and the victim had a Facebook messenger conversation that touched on the assault.

In the messages, LaCayo told the victim he did not know what came over him and apologized several times.

He later admitted to the events the victim told police.

He is charged with three counts of sexual battery.
