TALLAHASSEE, FLA (WTXL)-- Florida State University is honoring vets this week with the Student Veteran Film Festival.
The fifth annual film festival will feature a showing of "The Hornet's Nest" a documentary that tells the story of an elite group of United States troops sent on a dangerous mission in Afghanistan.
The Festival begins Monday with the film beginning at 6:30pm. Following the screening, audience members will have a chance to talk with the film's directors, David Salzberg and Christian Tureaud.
Event organizers say tonight's showing should not be missed. Students can get into the film festival for free.
General admission tickets are 20 dollars.
