TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Two Florida State football players are making headlines for various investigations by the Tallahassee Police Department.

According to official reports, FSU kicker Ricky Aguayo told police he was jumped by Pi Kappa Phi fraternity members while waking down the street back in December 2016.

The documents show some frat members gave him a hard time because of missed field goals during a previous game.

Police say, Aguayo had blood on his face and shirt and that Aguayo called for Ryan Izzo to come get him after the incident. One frat member told police Izzo hit him and threatened another person.

No charges were made in the investigation. TMZ captured video of the incident. You can view that here. WARNING, the video contains explicit language.

The second incident, happened in February 2017.

A police report shows that a fraternity member of Phi Sigma Kappa accused Aguayo, Izzo and another man of breaking into their room, stealing a laptop and killing a pet turtle named Turntle.

After an investigation, no charges were filed in that case either.
