TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - The Florida State men's basketball team is working with a local organization to help with literacy in the Big Bend.
The team is working with the Coaching for Literacy program to host an "Assistant Coach Program" where two fans can purchase special tickets where the money goes to the Early Learning Coalition (ELC) of the Big Bend Region.
WTXL spoke with Matt Guse, the CEO of ELC, about how the initiative helps area children.
The special tickets give the ticket holder and "all-access" experience where they get premium court side seating, admittance to the locker room, autographed memorabilia and FSU game day apparel.
