(RNN) - Frozen 2 will be in a theater near you in just a few years, according to a tweet from actress Kristen Bell.
The sequel to the 2013 hit movie will be released Nov. 27, 2019.

The original movie earned $1.2 billion worldwide, and is the fifth highest grossing movie of all time.
It captured the hearts of children and families all over the world which led to it becoming the highest grossing animated movie of all time.
The unofficial theme song Let It Go has more than 1 billion views on YouTube, while two other versions have more than 500 million each.
Frozen will open in a musical form on Broadway in the spring of 2018, according to CNN.
The ever-growing popularity of sequels will not stop at Frozen 2, as sequels to several other popular movies will be released in the coming years.
A 2020 release date for Indiana Jones, and 2019 dates for Star Wars Episode IX and the live-action remake of Lion King were announced Tuesday.
