TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Several students at Florida State University took advantage of an opportunity to make a good impression when entering the workforce.
The College of Communication and Information offered free headshots to students.
Photographers captured several shots of these future job-seekers as they dressed to impress.
The college says having the right image goes a long way in getting your foot in the door.
"Having a professional headshot says a little more about you," said Ebe Randeree with the FSU College of Communication and Information. "I think a lot of us post things on social media that are not so professional, and having something that goes on your LinkedIn profile that shows that side of you to an employer is very important."
The photos will be posted to a Facebook album where students can use them for their professional profiles.
