TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - At least one of the men accused in the hazing death of Florida State University pledge Andrew Coffey has been expelled from the university.

According to Clayton Muelstein's bond conditions, he "has been removed from Florida State University by action of said university, without apparent recourse or appeal."

He is ordered to return to Orlando and complete his last semester of school near his home.

Muelstein is one of four Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity members now pleading not guilty on charges of college hazing.

Kyle Bauer, Luke Kluttz, Clayton Muelstein and Anthony Oppenheimer all waived their arraignments, entering a not guilty plea in a written statement. All four are seeking a jury trial.

As for the other five men, Brett A. Birmingham, Conner Ravelo, Christopher Hamlin, Anthony Petagine, and John Ray, no plea has been entered according to court records.
