FRANKLIN Co., FL (WTXL) - Franklin County Emergency Management says they are experiencing flooding and storm surge.
They say flooding is especially bad in the east end of the county between Lanark Village to the Ochlockonee River.
Officials are asking everyone to pay close attention, especially people near the water's edge.
They are recommending belongings and vehicles be moved to higher ground and that residents secure garbage cans, lawn furniture, etc.
