FRANKLIN CO., FL. (WTXL) - A 15-year-old Apalachicola boy is arrested, after allegedly escaping custody while being transported to the Juvenile Detention Center in Tallahassee.

According to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, on Monday, May 19, the teen escaped custody by asking a Franklin County deputy if he could use the restroom at Hudson Park in Crawfordville and when they stopped, he supposedly ran off.
