FRANKLIN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is looking for information on a registered sex offender wanted for not telling law enforcement about a change of address.
Deputies are looking for John Louis Haynes, who is a registered sexual offender wanted for failure to notify law enforcement of a change of address.
