FRANKLIN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is investigating wounds found on a puppy.
The puppy was turned into an animal shelter by a good Samaritan.
FCSO is currently investigating the incident and at this time deputies can not say for sure if this is a case of animal abuse.
