FRANKLIN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Franklin County Sheriff's Office arrested a man on a violation of probation Tuesday and he faces drug charges.
The sheriff says that Christopher Proctor was also in possession of a controlled substance, Oxycodone, without a prescription.
