TALLAHASSEE, FLA. (WTXL) - Four men are arrested in connection to an incident that happened last summer. We've now obtained the probable cause affidavit detailing the night that those four men took videos of minors while having sex with them.
On June 22nd of 2014, Wa'keldrick Davis, Bill Morgan, and Triston Sommer invited two 15 year-olds to a residence on the 3000 block of Black Gold Trail. That's where they met David Garay, who was already there with a 16 year old.
According to the probable cause affidavit, alcohol was provided at some point during the gathering. After obtaining a search warrant, authorities found four videos on Davis' cell phone documenting portions of the night.
An almost 3 minute video was found showing the four men pouring water on a victim as she lay nude on her back, while the men fondling her. Another video was found depicting a victim performing oral sex on Morgan while having sexual intercourse with Sommer. Records state Davis was using his phone to video it.
Sommer and Morgan were both arrested this weekend on cruelty toward a child as well as directly promoting sexual performance by child. Davis was arrested in March, and charged with sexual battery against a 15 year old; as well as cruelty toward a child and directly promoting sexual performance by child.
According to the Leon County Sheriff's office, David Garay's booking report is not available by public records request.
