TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Leon County Court records show that four Florida State University fraternity members all waived their arraignments and entered a not guilty plea in a written statement.

The four Pi Kappa Phi members - Kyle Bauer, Luke Kluttz, Clayton Muehlstein and Anthony Oppenheimer - are seeking a jury trial.

As for the other five students, no plea has been entered according to court records.

Eight of the students charged held leadership positions at the fraternity.
