DONALSONVILLE, GA (WTXL) - Four people have been arrested after two back to back armed robberies within hours of each other.
According to Donalsonville Police, a 9-1-1 call came in just after 9 p.m. Thursday of an armed robbery at the Pizza Hut on West 3rd Street. A black man wearing all black clothing, a black hoodie and a black bandanna reportedly flashed a revolver and demanded money. The cashier handed over the money and the male, along with another suspect, fled in a getaway car.
As police were finishing their investigation, just two hours later, they said another call came in of an armed robbery at the Mr. Pips Truck Plaza on East 3rd Street.
Police arrested 27-year-old Gabriella Lyles, 18-year-old Aaliyah Pugh, 26-year-old Crystal Smith and 17-year-old Rodney Thorenton on Saturday. They are each charged with two counts of armed robbery and one count of possession of a firearm while committing a felony.
All four are being held at Seminole County Jail without bond.
