TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Police Department has located Elaina Jolene Cummins safe and unharmed.
The Tallahassee Police Department is searching for 15-year-old Elaina Jolene Cummins.
They say there is concern for her welfare.
She was last seen Nov. 8, 2017, in the area of Tharpe Street and Old Bainbridge Road. She was wearing a tan flowered dress and Chuck Taylor shoes.
She stands at 5-foot-3, weighs 108 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes.
