TALLAHASSEE, Fla (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Police Department has located Kayla Thrash safe and unharmed.
The Special Victims Unit of the Tallahassee Police Department is seeking information on the location of a missing teenage girl, Kayla Thrash.
Reports say Thrash was last seen on Tuesday, near 1900 block of Honolulu Lane, wearing a purple shirt, and grey sweatpants.
