TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Police Department said Monday it has found Brandon Jamal Moran safe and unharmed.
The Special Victim's Unit of the Tallahassee Police Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of missing 28-year-old, Brandon Jamal Moran.
Police say Moran was last seen on Wednesday, October 18, in the area of 1320 Lake Avenue wearing grey basketball style shorts, a black t-shirt, and black slide style Nike sandals.
Reports say Moran may also be driving a White Nissan Altima, with an unknown Georgia license plate.
There is concern for Moran’s welfare.
