TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--Everyday this month we here at WTXL are highlighting children in need of a forever home with the help of the Florida Department of Children and Families.
Children of all ages throughout the Big Bend are available for adoption including Ethan.
Ethan is seven years old. He loves animals, especially dogs.
He likes to eat at restaurants. Case managers say the second grader is very strong-willed and thrives when he guidance from a loving caregiver.
