LEON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - After a three day trial, a Leon County jury found Lucas E. Stricker not guilty on three counts of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation.

Stricker was arrested in August of 2014, after a home-schooled student alleged Stricker kissed her on the mouth, kissed her breast and touched her butt when the student was receiving after-school art lessons.

If convicted, Stricker faced a maximum of 30 years of prison for each of the 3 counts.

Stricker denied the allegations and fully cooperated with the Tallahassee Police Department. After his arrest, Stricker was let go from his teaching position at Governor’s Charter Academy.

He also taught at Imagine School at Evening Rose from 2009 to 2012.
