TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A former Chaires Elementary School guidance counselor will be back in a Leon County court this Tuesday morning.
Kathgret Rentz, 29, is facing charges for lewd and lascivious conduct toward a child.
Witnesses told police that they saw Rentz hugging and kissing a child under the age of 16 at a Tallahassee apartment complex pool in August of 2016.
In April, Rentz pleaded "no contest" on these charges.
Tuesday's court sentencing is set to begin at 8:30 a.m.
