TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - The trial for De'Andre Johnson is moving forward and is scheduled to begin in December.
The announcement was made during a plea hearing on Monday.
Johnson is accused of hitting a woman at a Tallahassee bar in June.
The former Florida State University quarterback was charged with misdeamenor battery after the incident, which was caught on video.
