TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)- A former FSU football player, who is hoping to be drafted this month in the NFL, is arrested for driving under the influence.
PJ Williams was arrested early this morning, just after 3 a.m. on Tennessee Street.
Police say they pulled Williams over after he was drifting between lanes.
According to police, Williams told them he was coming from Recess, a local bar. Officers say Williams was obviously stumbling and smelled of alcohol.
They say he refused a field sobriety test and told officers he played football for FSU.
He was then placed under arrest for DUI.
Williams just showed off his skills at this week's Pro Day on the FSU campus.
Many mock drafts have him listed as one of the top cornerbacks to watch this year.
He's a two-time all ACC selection as well as a two year starter for the Seminoles.
Williams was also selected as the defensive MVP of the 2013 BCS championship.
