TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Former Florida Supreme Clerk Sid White died in his Monticello home Saturday morning.
In 1965, he was sworn in after earning his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. He served as clerk of court for nearly 35 years.
Funeral services for White are pending and will be arranged by Beggs Funeral Home. The Florida Supreme Court will host a separate memorial service in its courtoom and are expected to announce details at a later date.
White was 85-years-old.
