TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Foreclosure rates are falling in the capital city.
A new core logic report says the number of foreclosures in the capital citiy were just over two and a half percent in October, down from four and a half in 2013
It's not all good news though, Tallahassee's numbers may be down, but they're still above the national average of 1.5%.
Florida as whole is actually has the highest rate in the entire country when it comes to foreclosures.
