TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--In this installment of "For Your Protection," we're talking about what to do if you see any suspicious activity happening in your neighborhood.

WTXL's Jade Bulecza sat down with Tallahassee Police Officer Cleveland Allen. He says suspicious behavior could be someone posing as a delivery driver, and coming up to your door when you didn't order anything.

Officer Allen says that person could be checking to see if your home, targeting your home for a burglary. You're encouraged to be a nosy neighbor. Call police if you see anything out of the ordinary or uncharacteristic of your neighborhood.

Officer Allen also says be a good witness. Take note of the person's height, weight, clothing description, and vehicle.

However, don't take matters into your own hands because you could put yourself in danger.
