ORLANDO, Fla. (WTXL) - Floridians with disabilities or access and functional needs are being encouraged to register with their local emergency management agency to receive assistance during a disaster.
The Florida Division of amergency Management has partnered with every local emergency management agency in the state to create the Florida Special Needs Registry.
The free and confidential statewide registry provides first responders with information to prepare for disasters or other emergencies.
