TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - A man has surrendered to authorities who were looking for him in connection with the neglect death of his mother.

The Tampa Bay Times (http://bit.ly/1b72eTG ) reports 45-year-old Osmond Ignatius Winston was the only one of four family members not arrested last month in the death of 65-year-old Mary Winston. He was arrested Tuesday evening.

Mary Winston died in October. Authorities say her bedsores developed severe infections, causing her rib cage to be exposed and her legs to fuse together.

On June 26, authorities announced the arrests of her 67-year-old husband Osmond Montgomery Winston and daughters 39-year-old Belinda Winston and 43-year-old Hyacinth Winston.

The Times reported authorities had speculated Osmond Ignatius Winston was out of state. He remained in the Hillsborough County Jail early Wednesday on aggravated manslaughter charges.
