JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - One man is dead after a boat capsized off the coast in northeast Florida.
The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department reports that two men were in a 19-foot boat about 200 yards from shore at Little Talbot Island State Park Tuesday afternoon when their boat flipped. One man made it to shore and was taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
The Florida Times-Union reports that the second man's body and the boat washed ashore later.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is investigating
