TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - Police say a man is in critical condition after he was shot during a home invasion in Tampa.
According to police, the man and a woman followed a Tampa couple into their home Thursday night. There was a confrontation and the homeowner grabbed a handgun and fired.
The suspects ran from the house Police found the male suspect not far from the home and he was taken to the hospital for treatment. They are still searching for the female suspect.
No names have been released. Further details were not immediately available.
