TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Governor Rick Scott has appointed Secretary Wansley Walters to the Children and Youth Cabinet.
Walters, of Miami Shores, is Secretary of the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. She will serve as chair of the Cabinet and has been appointed for a term ending at the pleasure of the Governor.
