BRADENTON, FL- A Bradenton man is under arrest after deputies say he fired a gun at a man he was having an argument with.

It happened Monday evening just after 6 p.m. at the 5700 block of 11th Street East in Bradenton.  According to a Sheriff's Office report, 42 year old Bruce Washington was visiting a friend at the home, when 31 year old Desmond Harley approached the residence armed with a revolver.

Washington and Harley got into an argument, that's when Harley told Washington he was going to kill him.  Harley then fired one shot at Washington that went over his head and through the back wall of the home.  Harley then ran from the area.  Deputies are still looking for Harley.
