MIAMI (AP) - Two men accused in South Florida of providing thousands of dollars and fighter recruits to terrorist organizations overseas are due at a hearing in a federal courtroom.

An arraignment and bail hearing are set Tuesday afternoon for 30-year-old Gufran Ahmed Kauser Mohammed and 25-year-old Mohamed Hussein Said. Both men are charged in a 15-count indictment with material support and conspiracy charges involving three terrorist organizations.

The organizations are al-Qaida and AQI/al-Nusrah Front, which prosecutors say is based in Syria and is an extension of an Iraqi branch of al-Qaida. The third group is al-Shabaab, which prosecutors say wants to install an Islamic fundamentalist government in Somalia.

The indictment says Mohammed sent thousands of dollars in wire transfers to Said for al-Shabaab and other wire transfers to support the other groups.
