TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A bill passed by the Florida House in this last legislative session would fully ban texting while driving, making it a primary offense.
A senate version of the bill stalled during session.
House Speaker Richard Corcoran has said he will contine to make the texting while driving legislation a priority.
