SANFORD, FL (WTXL) - Lottery officials say a Florida teen won $2 million in Wednesday's Powerball drawing after playing numbers he found sitting on the store counter.
Nineteen-year-old, Frederick Walker of Sanford, Florida, purchased the winning ticket.
Florida Lottery officials say this was the teenager's first time buying a ticket.
"When I heard about the billion dollar Powerball jackpot, I decided to try my luck and buy a ticket," said Walker. "I got to the store, and there was already a completed play slip at the playstation."
