TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The saga of Tallahassee City Commissioner Scott Maddox's residency has come to an end on Friday.
The state's Supreme Court addressed the petition to re-hear Maddox's case, dealing with the now sworn in city official's house and its proximity to the city.
The court declared that the petition is moot, as Maddox has already been sworn in and his residency verified.
