The list includes people like J.K. Rowling, Kanye West, Caitlyn Jenner, and Donald Trump.
Andrew Bachelor, better known as King Bach, was featured on the unranked list and has 15.2 million followers on Vine.
The list was created after analyzing people's global impact on social media and their overall ability to drive news.
Bachelor graduated from FSU in 2010 and was a high jump star athlete at Florida State.
Bachelor's Vines have been looped more than 5 billion times.
His vine stardom led him to a role on "House of Lies" and "The Mindy Project".
