TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--According to the Tallahassee Downtown Improvement Authority, businesses in the downtown area make a third of their annual revenue during session.
Businesses thrive in other parts of town too. Lisa Metcalf, the director of operations at Blossoms Flowers, says session is their third busiest time of the year.
