ORLANDO, Fla. - More organizations are coming to the defense of Obama's decree on transgender student rights.
On Friday the Obama administration declared that discrimination against transgender students would not be tolerated in public schools, re-iterating guidelines for all public schools regarding the issue.
Just one day after that, the Florida PTA released a statement saying they believe that every school should provide a safer and secure environment where all children are free of discrimination. The Florida PTA also adding that they agree that gender identity is protected under title ix.
