TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - This weekend, Florida residents will be able to freshwater fish, even if they don't have a license.
On Wednesday, Governor Rick Scott announced that April 2nd and 3rd will be a license–free freshwater fishing weekend for Florida residents and visitors.
The free fishing weekend is just one of four that is offered each year. All bag limits, closed areas and size restrictions apply on these dates.
