TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — Lucky’s Market is shutting down all but one of it's Florida stores, according to a report by the Sun Sentinel.

An employee at the Lucky's Market in Naples confirmed with our sister station Fox 4 that they were told that all but one Florida store will be closing down in coming weeks.

Both outlets report the Lucky's Market in Melbourne will remain open, while the company will be shuttering it's other stores including the location in Tallahassee.

ABC 27 is reaching out to the Lucky's Market in Tallahassee. We've also reached out to Lucky's Market corporate for a statement but have not heard back at this time.

The Lucky's Market in Tallahassee opened at 1964 W Tennessee Street in 2016.

The chain, which is partially owned by Kroger, has opened 21 stores in Florida since 2015, and had 14 more planned, including one in Cape Coral that broke ground in September .

This is a developing story.
