The Amber Alert issued for a 2-year-old Orlando boy has been canceled after he was found safe.
Police said Jenzell Cintron Perez and his mother, Sugey Diaz, were found in Deland, Florida. They stated the child is in good health.
According to police, the mother is arrested under the warrant for Armed Burglary and Aggravated Assault.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued an Amber Alert early Wednesday morning for a missing 2-year-old Orlando boy.
Authorities say Jenzell Cintron Perez was last seen in the 1000 block of South Conway Road, which is on the east side of Orlando.
The toddler is 3 feet tall and weighs 45 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a diaper.
The FDLE says the boy may be in the company of 33-year-old Sugey Perez Diaz. She is 5'4" tall, weighs 120 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. Diaz was last seen wearing dark clothing.
Authorities say Perez and Diaz may be in the company of a man wearing dark clothing. A possible person of interest has been identified as Angelica Melendez, a 23-year-old white-Hispanic woman with black hair and brown eyes.
They may be traveling in a 2015, silver Lexus Rx350, Florida tag number IVTJ11.
The boy's stepmother told Fox 35 that Diaz kicked open the door to her home and took him at gunpoint. '
