A Florida Missing Child Alert has been issued for Thor Killgren.
He is 2-foot-4, 23 pounds, has brown hair and eyes, and was last seen in the area of the 1600 block of Vagabond Street in Cocoa, Florida.
The child may be in the company of Rosiemie Porter, who is 35-years-old, 4-foot-11, 105 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
